There was a terrible smell coming from the filter in our bathroom that continued throughout our trip.

Truly enjoyed the breakfast.

Food was brilliant and I have nothing but really nice memories from this trip. Everything was perfect, the hotel was absolutely great. The quadruple room was adequate and new-fashioned, with a minibar, an electronic key card, and a work desk. The location was great, for example, Cami de Ronda was relatively close to the property. Furthermore, the area was entertainment. The service was very good with an efficient check-in.

Improve the pool area for safety!!! Address the strong sewage odors that permeate the bathrooms!!! Ensure better communication regarding security measures, especially around theft incidents near the pool!!!

The triple room was spacious with air conditioning, a tv, and a private bathroom. There was a nice pool area with plenty of clean sunbeds. The variety of food was excellent, with freshly prepared grilled options and delicious omelets for breakfast. The animation team was fantastic, keeping the atmosphere lively with fun activities.

We had a fantastic 20-night stay! The pools were always well-kept, and breakfast had tons of choices. I wish the evening snacks had more variety.

The dining experience fell short due to repetitive meal options, with many dishes served at less than ideal temperatures. Safety around the pool raised concerns, particularly with slippery tiles, which could be a hazard for families.

The pool area was well-kept, but I noticed a shortage of parasols for shade, especially in the children's area. This caused quite a few sunburnt little ones. I found the entertainment quite entertaining with the upbeat animation team. I faced issues with the dinner quality. Some meals were served cold and the selection was limited. The cleanliness of the tables in the dining area seemed inconsistent. I encountered a disturbing incident when some items went missing from my sun lounger, indicating a security concern around the pool. The lack of attentiveness from some staff was also disappointing, as I felt ignored at times. It had moments of enjoyment, but improvements in food quality and staff attentiveness would really enhance the experience.
